Tickets

This section gives us an option to sell tickets for the event inside the registration form. It is possible to creat a block of tickets or divide them by the information we ask in the form.

How to add a ticket

Inside the "Ticket sales" we can find three options:

  • Payment gateway

In the section "Ticket sales" we have the "Payment gateway" section where we can find an available gateway: Stripe, but if you need to use Redsys, you´ll have to ask the soport team.

It is important to enable the payment gateway before you start the ticket sales. This way the payments will go through correctly.

  • Tickets

In this section you´ll be creating tickets. For that we´ll have to click the Add ticket button on the top right.

You´ll get redirected to the new window where you´ll have to put next information:

-Name;

-Description;

-Price. In case of a free ticket, leave the price as 0,00.

-Limits. We have an option to limit the ticket to a certain number of people. Once it´s reached, the ticket becomes unavailable.

-Configuration. Here we can hide a ticket (so it won´t appear in the form), enable the code (so the ticket will be availiable only to certain people) and add tags (useful for you to filter attendees later).

IMPORTANT: once you create a ticket, you can edit everything, except for the currrency. In case you want to change the currency, you´ll have to create a new ticket and delete the previous one.

In the secction of Tickets we can see the information about each ticket added.

  • Sold tickets

This section shows all of the information about the sold tickets, who bought them, which gateway was used, a price... You can see more detailed information by clicking on "Show".

Also, we can download all of the information as an excel document.

Introduce tickets to the registration form

Once you´ve created all the tickets you need, it´s possible to include them in our registration form. More about the registration form here. You should create a new camp and select "Available tickets" or "Single ticket"

  • Available tickets: all the tickets that we have created (excluding the hidden ones).
  • Single ticket: one of the tickets that we want to include. We can make it appear for certain type of attendees. More about it here.

IMPORTANT: if we put a code on one of the tickets, we can activate its manuak introduction

And lastly, we can see the information about payments in "Registration form" and "Submissions"

Status: registred or pending payment
