Possible problems/solutions One-to-One

Here you´ll find the solutions to the possible problems that could happen during videocalls.

1. PROBLEM: I can´t connect to the videocall or as soon as I connect, it crashes.

MOTIVE: The network you use doesnt allow the protocol of the videocall.
SOLUTION: Connect through the other network, for example sharing from your phone or computer.

2. PROBLEM: I cant start the videocall because I get stuck at the camera or microphone selection.

MOTIVE: Your device doesn´t have a camera or microphone or they don´t work in the browser.
SOLUTION: Try another browser or check the camera/microphone settings in the operating system settings.

3. PROBLEM: The connection cuts off during the call.

MOTIVE: Bad connection
SOLUTION: Try to connect to another network, faster one, or turn off the camera.
