How to send an app download reminder

We can use the evenTwo Backend to send reminders of the welcome email that we launched when registering the event attendees. The aim of these reminders is to encourage attendees to log in the App so that they can keep up with all the event news, as well as interact with fellow attendees through the networking features.

This reminder can only be sent to those users who have not logged in yet in the App. This is the process that we need to follow:

• 1. Enter the Attendees section (top menu).

• 2. Select Filters (upper-right side) and choose select the option Has logged in > No.

• 3. Now we can view all the attendees that haven’t logged in the App yet. Select all of them by checking the box at the of the titles (block selection).
• 4. Open the bar at the bottom left corner and select Resend welcome message.

• 5. We’ll see a reminder that the emails will be sent only to those attendees that haven’t logged in yet. We may edit the title and body of the email.
